By accessing or using the DreamJournal AI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
DreamJournal AI is a dream interpretation tool that helps users understand and analyze their dreams through AI-powered insights.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any dream content or personal information you submit for interpretation is your own and does not violate any third party's privacy or rights.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by APPFABRIKA LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
APPFABRIKA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. APPFABRIKA LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
